Apparently, my phone takes decent pictures. This was taken with an iPhone 4, with the flash. Didn’t know it could do this, this up close.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better quality photo for you, but in all reality, this photo is actually color accurate and shows the gold glitter really well so I didn’t feel too bad when I removed it before truly photographing it.
Yara was part of Zoya’s Fall 2011 Smoke and Mirrors collection. It’s a creamy army green base with a bright, warm gold glass fleck shimmer/glitter. It’s great for the fall, with the olive base but is also great for those who just can’t give up their glitter.
The formula was fantastic – opaque in two coats, super easy to work with, and dried pretty quick on my nails. I used it with Nubar Foundation Base Coat and with a new top coat, the Out The Door Quick Dry Top Coat, which I will have a review of up soon.
This manicure lasted about a week on my nails. Generally, Zoya’s polishes wear great on me, and I don’t ever have problems with top coats as a lot of people seem to.
Zoya polishes are available at Ulta as well as online at Zoya’s Website. By the way, if you sign up for Zoya’s Share The Love Program (referral link), you can get a ton of coupon codes and such. I recommend it not at all for my own benefit but because Zoya has some pretty great promotions sometimes and with a coupon code, it gets even better.
